Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the preparation and presentation of food in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, following food safety and hygiene standards.
Assist in menu planning and suggesting new dishes based on seasonal ingredients and current trends.
Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to the restaurant’s standards.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management, ensuring proper ordering of ingredients and supplies.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service.
