We are looking for a passionate culinary professional to prepare authentic and delicious Indian cuisine, including specialities like chaat and fasting meals (Vratkakhana).

Key Responsibilities

• Cook a variety of authentic North Indian dishes.

• Specialize in preparing chaat and fasting meals.

• Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.

• Manage inventory and food supplies.

• Ensure all food safety standards are met.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience as an Indian cook.

• Education: Minimum 10th pass. A culinary diploma or degree is a plus.

• Skills: Expertise in authentic North Indian cuisine, chaat, and fasting meals.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month, based on experience.

• Accommodation: Provided

• Meals: On-job meals are provided
