Key Responsibilities:
Assist in basic food preparation such as washing, peeling, chopping, and cutting ingredients.
Support cooks in cooking and assembling food orders.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, utensils, equipment, and storage areas.
Wash dishes, cookware, and ensure proper sanitization as per food safety standards.
Organize and store raw materials and supplies properly to prevent spoilage.
Dispose of waste, garbage, and recyclables in a timely and hygienic manner.
Assist in receiving and unpacking kitchen supplies and stock management.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Perform any other tasks assigned by kitchen supervisors or cook.
