We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, and Continental cuisines, along with strong leadership and organizational skills to manage the kitchen team, maintain quality standards, and ensure a smooth culinary experience for our guests.
Menu Planning & Development
Design and update menus across Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, and Continental cuisines.
Innovate and introduce seasonal or special menus.
Kitchen Operations & Team Management
Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff.
Ensure proper workflow, delegation, and discipline within the kitchen team.
Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (FSSAI compliance).
Food Quality & Consistency
Oversee preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes.
Maintain taste, quality, and consistency across all cuisines.
Inventory & Cost Control
Manage purchasing, inventory, and wastage control.
Optimize food cost without compromising quality.
Vendor & Supplier Coordination
Source ingredients and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Negotiate for best quality and pricing.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and kitchen safety protocols.
Maintain proper documentation for audits.
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef (5+ years preferred).
Expertise in Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, and Continental cuisines.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food cost control, and inventory management.
Familiarity with FSSAI standards and HACCP guidelines.
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and deliver consistent results.
