Menu planning, execution and standardization
Line Cook Training and management
ensure smooth kitchen operation
Quality control, hygiene, food safety protocol adherence and management
take ownership of the food preparation, inventory, processing n packaging,
effective waste management to ensure cost control
should have prior work experience in cloud kitchen or restaurant environment
menu development, testing, plating
must have culinary experience
customer oriented and team driven approach
must have:
Multi-cuisine cooking expertise (if required).
Strong production planning and batch prep skills.
Ability to handle fast-paced delivery-only operations.
Leadership and team management.
Deep understanding of cloud-kitchen workflow.
profile expectations:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Training at a community college, technical school, culinary arts school, or 4-year college.
At least 2 years’ experience working as a head cook.
Knowledge of culinary trends.
A proven ability to create unique and delicious dishes.
The ability to multitask and cope in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
