1. Recipe & Menu Management

• Ensure accurate preparation of moong daal batter and maintain its quality throughout the day.

• Oversee all moong-based dishes according to standard recipes and portion sizes.

• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, presentation, and cooking methods.

• Train team members on standard recipes and new menu items.

2. Kitchen Operations

• Manage daily production planning for moong batter, chutneys, toppings, and ingredients.

• Monitor gas usage, equipment handling, and cooking temperatures.

• Ensure timely service and smooth workflow during peak hours.

3. Quality Control

• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and FSSAI guidelines.

• Conduct regular checks on raw materials to ensure freshness and safety.

• Reject substandard ingredients and coordinate with the purchase team for fresh stock.

4. Team Leadership

• Allocate tasks to cooks and helpers during shifts.

• Supervise staff performance, discipline, and grooming standards.

• Conduct training sessions for skill improvement and new techniques.

5. Inventory & Cost Management

• Maintain accurate stock records of moong daal, butter, spices, vegetables, and consumables.

• Reduce wastage through efficient planning and portion control.

6. Equipment Handling
