Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Food Cart Chef who can prepare and serve food items with consistency, creativity, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be able to handle the daily operations of a food cart kitchen, ensure food safety standards, and deliver excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items as per the menu with premium quality.

• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards of the food cart.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.

• Manage inventory and inform management about requirements.

• Deliver consistent taste and quality for every serving.

• Interact politely with customers when required.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th / Intermediate pass.

• Diploma/Certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).

• Prior experience in a restaurant, cloud kitchen, or food cart setup is an advantage.

• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and handling.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Skills Needed:

• Strong cooking and plating skills.

• Good communication and time management.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Passion for food and customer service.
