Job Summary:

We are looking to hire a full-time house cook who is experienced in preparing Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals for a small family in Kirti Nagar. The ideal candidate should know how to cook a variety of Indian dishes, maintain kitchen hygiene, and manage daily meal planning. Immediate joining is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh, home-style Indian meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner).

• Cook both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes as per family preference.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.

• Chop vegetables, knead dough, and prep ingredients as needed.

• Reheat or serve meals at scheduled times.

• Grocery list preparation or assist in basic kitchen shopping (if needed).

• Follow dietary instructions or avoid restricted ingredients if any.

Requirements:

• Prior experience cooking in a household (minimum 1–2 years preferred).

• Knowledge of North Indian cuisine is essential; South Indian or other regional cuisines is a bonus.

• Must be punctual, hygienic, and respectful.

• Should be able to work independently and manage daily tasks.

• Immediate availability preferred.

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time: Approx. 8–10 hours per day (exact timing can be discussed)

• Days: 6 days a week (Sunday off or as agreed)
