We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cook who can prepare a variety of dishes and ensure high standards of hygiene, taste, and presentation. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Indian cuisine (or other specified cuisines) and capable of managing a kitchen independently.
Prepare and cook meals as per the daily menu.
Ensure all dishes are prepared on time and meet quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Handle food ingredients and kitchen equipment with care.
Follow food safety regulations and hygiene standards strictly.
Assist in menu planning and stock management if required.
Proven experience as a Cook or Chef.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and regional cuisines.
Ability to work efficiently and handle pressure in a busy kitchen.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Physically fit and comfortable with standing for long periods.
Specialization in a particular cuisine (e.g., North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, Continental).
Ability to prepare both veg and non-veg dishes (optional based on employer needs).
