Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cook to prepare delicious meals according to menu specifications and dietary requirements. The ideal candidate will be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and cook meals according to recipes, menus, and food safety standards

• Ensure food is presented attractively and served at proper temperatures

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including food storage areas and equipment

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or spoilage to the kitchen supervisor

• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation

• Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and slicers safely and correctly

• Assist in planning menus or specials when requested

• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations

• Handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining high quality

• Participate in training sessions and team meetings as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cook, Line Cook, or similar role

• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures

• Understanding of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene standards

• Ability to follow recipes and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Culinary school diploma or certification (preferred but not required)

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary - 18000 to upto 22000
