We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cook to prepare delicious meals according to menu specifications and dietary requirements. The ideal candidate will be able to follow instructions in cooking and delivering well-prepared meals, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Prepare ingredients and cook meals according to recipes, menus, and food safety standards
Ensure food is presented attractively and served at proper temperatures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including food storage areas and equipment
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or spoilage to the kitchen supervisor
Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation
Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and slicers safely and correctly
Assist in planning menus or specials when requested
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining high quality
Participate in training sessions and team meetings as needed
Proven experience as a Cook, Line Cook, or similar role
Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
Understanding of food safety practices and kitchen hygiene standards
Ability to follow recipes and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Culinary school diploma or certification (preferred but not required)
Salary - 18000 to upto 22000
