As Commi 1, you will be responsible for independently handling specific sections of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and maintaining hygiene standards. You will support the CDP and Sous Chef in daily operations.
Prepare, cook, and plate menu items with consistency.
Handle a section of the kitchen with minimal supervision.
Assist in managing food prep, portioning, and storage.
Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
Support junior staff (Commi 2/3) in their tasks.
Ensure smooth service during peak hours.
2–3 years of experience in a professional kitchen.
Strong knowledge of basic cooking methods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced QSR/hospitality environment.
Good communication & teamwork skills.
As Commi 2, you will assist the kitchen team with preparation work and basic cooking tasks. This role is ideal for candidates building their skills in a professional kitchen setup.
Assist in chopping, marination, mise-en-place, and basic cooking.
Support Commi 1 and CDP during busy operations.
Maintain workstation hygiene and adhere to safety rules.
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
Follow recipes and instructions accurately.
1–2 years of kitchen experience (QSR/hospitality preferred).
Basic cooking skills and willingness to learn.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Good attitude and discipline.
As a CDP, you will lead a section of the kitchen and ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service. You will supervise junior team members and maintain kitchen operations smoothly.
Oversee a kitchen section and manage all related food prep.
Cook and present dishes as per brand standards.
Train and guide Commis staff.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality guidelines.
Manage inventory, portion control, and wastage.
Coordinate with management during peak operations and events.
Minimum 3–5 years of kitchen experience.
Strong foundation in cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
Leadership skills and ability to manage a section independently.
Experience in QSR/hospitality setups is an advantage.
