We are looking for a DCDP Chef to join our team at PVR Inox and prepare delicious meals for our guests. The key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, setting up the menu, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.

• Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment.

• Cook food in a timely manner and maintain consistency in quality.

• Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients.

• Supervise junior cooks and assist as required.

• Slightly modify recipes to meet customer needs and preferences (e.g., no dairy, exclude nuts).

• Check the freshness of food items and discard out-of-date products.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Culinary/Hotel Management.

• Experience: Around 3 years in a similar role.

• Strong familiarity with both advanced and non-traditional cooking techniques, recipes, and sanitation regulations.

• Excellent time management, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Culinary school diploma or certification is a strong advantage.
