About the Role

Kitchen & Co is urgently looking for a talented and experienced Continental & Chinese Chef to join our dynamic team and manage culinary operations on our mobile food trailer. This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about food, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and can deliver high-quality, delicious meals to our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of Continental and Chinese dishes with authenticity and consistency.

• Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and fully equipped kitchen space inside the food trailer.

• Develop and update the menu with innovative dishes and seasonal offerings.

• Ensure all food preparation is done in compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.

• Supervise and guide kitchen helpers, delegating tasks when necessary.

• Modify recipes based on customer preferences (e.g., no dairy, exclude nuts, etc.).

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishments.

• Inspect food ingredients for quality and freshness daily.

• Manage kitchen operations efficiently during peak hours.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification & Experience: [Insert here, e.g., Diploma in Culinary Arts + 2 years of experience].

• Specialization in Continental and Chinese cuisine is mandatory.
