We are looking for a Continental Chef/Commis 1 to join our team SMOOR Chocolates and prepare delicious meals for the guests.
Prepare and cook a wide range of Continental dishes (pasta, grilled meats, salads, sauces, etc.)
Ensure food is cooked and presented according to company standards
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Monitor food stock and place orders when necessary
Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations
Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and improve menu offerings
Proven experience as a Continental Cook/Chef/Commis Chef
Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and presentation
Culinary degree or certification is a plus
