We are looking for a Kitchen Helper (Commis 3) to support our kitchen team in Agonda, Goa. This is a starter-level position with lots of learning opportunities. The role includes basic food prep, chopping, cutting, making juices, and helping in cooking. What you don’t know will be taught.
Basic chopping, cutting, peeling, and food preparation.
Assist in making juices, smoothies, salads, and other simple items.
Help chefs in cooking, plating, and kitchen setup.
Keep the kitchen area, equipment, and storage clean.
Follow instructions carefully and maintain hygiene standards.
Learn new skills and support the team in all kitchen tasks.
Property operates 12 months; minimum 9 months full-time is mandatory (option to continue 12).
12-hour shift, 7 days a week, continuous duty (short break only if guest flow allows).
Food & stay provided.

Must know basic chopping and cutting.
No prior experience needed – training will be given.
Hardworking, honest, and eager to learn.
Speak Hindi (basic English is helpful but not required).
