We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Hotel Management graduates to join our kitchen team as Commis Chefs (Fresher level). This is a great opportunity for freshers to kickstart their culinary career by gaining hands-on experience under the guidance of experienced chefs.
Assist senior chefs in food preparation and cooking across various sections (hot kitchen, cold kitchen, bakery, etc.)
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen as per hotel SOPs and food safety norms.
Follow recipe guidelines and portion control for consistency in food quality.
Prepare mise-en-place (pre-preparation) for meals under supervision.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of assigned tasks during service hours.
Help in the receiving, storing, and inventory of kitchen supplies.
Follow safety protocols and proper handling of kitchen equipment and tools.
Completed Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts from a recognized institute.
Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
Good communication and team-working skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional kitchen environment.
Willing to work in shifts and under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
