✨ Job Summary:

We are hiring an Experienced Bakery Helper to assist our Head Cake Chef with daily operations. You must have hands-on experience in basic baking prep, cake handling, ingredient measuring, and utensil cleaning. This is a crucial role to ensure smooth kitchen flow, hygiene, and support.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing batter, creams, fillings, and base setup

• Support the chef during cake decoration and dessert assembling

• Maintain the cleanliness of utensils, tools, equipment, and work area

• Measure and organize ingredients as per recipes

• Label and store raw and finished items properly

• Help in packing baked goods when needed

• Follow hygiene standards and kitchen safety

• Handle basic cleaning and dishwashing duties

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a bakery or cake shop kitchen

• Knowledge of cake layers, sponge preparation, cream work, and storage

• Familiarity with ovens, mixers, utensils, and common tools

• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen

• Team player, punctual, disciplined, and clean in work habits
