Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes (North Indian, South Indian, or regional specialties) according to traditional recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure consistent taste, quality, and portion control in every dish.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
Manage inventory, order ingredients, and reduce food wastage.
Experiment with new recipes and seasonal menus to keep offerings fresh and exciting.
Train and guide kitchen assistants or junior chefs when necessary.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Indian Food Chef (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of Indian spices, cooking techniques, and traditional preparation methods.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management, organization, and teamwork skills.
Food safety certification is an advantage.
