We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chinese Cook with 1–4 years of experience in Indo-Chinese cuisine. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of preparing a wide variety of Chinese dishes, momos, and fast-food recipes, along with maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic Indo-Chinese dishes (noodles, fried rice, gravies, starters, etc.)
Expertise in momo preparation (steamed, fried, and innovative varieties)
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen
Handle kitchen staff and ensure smooth workflow with leadership qualities
Manage stock, ingredients, and minimize food wastage
Work as part of a team to deliver consistent taste and quality
Requirements:
1–4 years of proven experience in Chinese/Indo-Chinese cooking
Knowledge of momo preparation is a must
Good communication and leadership skills for staff handling
Strict adherence to hygiene practices
Pahadi or Nepali candidates will be preferred
