We are looking for a talented and versatile Multi-Cuisine Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing a wide range of international dishes—such as Indian, Continental, Asian, Italian, Middle Eastern, and fusion cuisine—while maintaining high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency. This role requires creativity, strong culinary knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple food stations efficiently.
Prepare and cook a diverse selection of dishes across multiple cuisines (e.g., Indian, Chinese, Continental, Italian, Asian, Grill, etc.).
Develop and follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Plan daily menus, specials, and seasonal offerings in coordination with the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.
Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP or equivalent).
Oversee food preparation, storage, and inventory management for multi-cuisine ingredients.
Train, supervise, and support junior kitchen staff in various culinary techniques.
Ensure efficient kitchen operations, especially during peak hours.
Monitor food cost, portion control, and waste reduction.
Introduce new dishes, fusion ideas, and creative plating styles.
