Roles and Responsibility
Preparing food as per MahaChai SOP
- Ensuring no deviation on the SOP
- Ensuring food quality and safety.
- Ensuring Food presentation to be as per company standard.
- Ensuring Kitchen cleanliness and hygeine at all times
- Ensuring bulk selling items to be ready before rush hours and ensuring speedy delivery of food items without compromising on food quality
- Using free times to prepare some additional food items as per customer demands
- Introducing new dishes in coordination with Head Chef
- Ensuring all Menu items are served at all times
- Use Raw Materials for food preparation as per SOP so that Raw Material is properly utilised and no gap in Quantity ordered and utilised
- Ensuring Cleaneliness and Hygeine of the store at all times
