We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Commis Chef to join our team at GWM Café. Our café specializes in healthy, diet-friendly meals (high protein, gym diets, and fast café food). The ideal candidate should know basic cooking techniques, be willing to learn new recipes, and maintain kitchen hygiene.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items (healthy meals, sandwiches, wraps, salad , shakes , pasta, rice bowls, etc.)

Maintain food quality, portion size, and presentation.

Follow hygiene & safety standards in the kitchen.

Assist in daily kitchen operations (cutting, chopping, marination, etc.).

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Chef / Cook / Commis Chef in a café/restaurant (preferred, fresher with skills can also apply).

Knowledge of basic Indian & Continental cooking.

Interest in healthy food / gym diet meals (training will be provided).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented.

Salary: ₹10000-12000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives
