We Are Hiring:
We are looking for 3 talented chefs to join our team:
North Indian Chef – Expert in curries, dals, Shahi Paneer, Cheese Tomato, and other North Indian specialties.
Tandoor Chef – Skilled in breads, kulcha, chaaps, tikkas, and tandoori preparations.
Beverages & Mocktails Chef – Creative in preparing mocktails, beverages, and drinks that complement our menu.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes with consistent quality and authenticity.
Operate and manage tandoor for breads and tandoori items.
Design and serve innovative mocktails and beverages.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety standards.
Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control.
Train and guide kitchen staff as needed.
Ensure timely preparation and service, especially during peak hours.
Requirements:
Proven experience in respective specialization (North Indian cuisine, Tandoor, or Beverages).
Knowledge of kitchen safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
Creativity and ability to innovate menu items.
Strong teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
