We are looking for a skilled and creative Multi-Cuisine Chef who can prepare a variety of dishes across Indian, Continental, and Chinese cuisines, with a special focus on barbecue and grill preparations. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food, strong kitchen management skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality dishes consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook multi-cuisine dishes (Indian, Continental, Chinese, etc.)

• Specialize in barbecue and grilled items, ensuring taste and presentation standards

• Plan and execute menus for daily service and special occasions

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen

• Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers for fresh ingredients

• Train and guide kitchen staff for efficient operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Multi-Cuisine Chef, with expertise in barbecue/grilling

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

• Creativity in menu planning and plating presentation

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred
