We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multicuisine Chef for our luxury property in Alappuzha, Kerala. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in preparing a variety of cuisines including South Indian, North Indian, Continental, and Chinese dishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes across multiple cuisines.

• Ensure food is cooked hygienically, maintaining taste and consistency.

• Plan menus based on seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.

• Maintain kitchen inventory and ensure proper storage of food items.

• Supervise kitchen helpers and ensure timely meal preparation.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a hotel, villa, or resort.

• Specialization in South Indian cuisine is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of hygiene and kitchen safety standards.

• Ability to multitask and handle kitchen operations independently.
