We're looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join our team! As a Sushi Chef, you'll be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality sushi dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook sushi dishes according to our menu and recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
Set up the sushi bar and kitchen area, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Manage inventory, ingredients, and supplies, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste.
Supervise and assist kitchen staff, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed.
Modify dishes to accommodate customer requests and dietary requirements (e.g., no dairy, gluten-free).
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in the kitchen.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials.
Job Requirements:
1-2 years of experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role.
Familiarity with sushi preparation techniques, ingredients, and presentation styles.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Excellent time management, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation.
Knowledge of food trends and customer preferences.
Salary:
₹16,000 - ₹20,000 per month
