Experience Required: 7 to 8 years minimum
Departments: Cookies / Laminated Dough
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise production team
Maintain quality & portioning
Ensure hygiene and SOP adherence
Train and guide junior staff
Job Type: Full-time, 6 Days a Week
Shifts: Morning or General Shift depending on production load
Weekly Off: 1 rotational off
Food & Uniform: Provided
Work Environment: Clean, fully-equipped central kitchen with organized departments
Growth Opportunity: Good performance may lead to promotion to Sr. CDP / Demi Chef roles
