We are looking for an experienced Biryani Cook/Chef to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in cooking authentic Kolkata-style biryani, similar to the taste and process of Arsalan, Amina, and Shimla Biryani.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of Biryani dishes (chicken, mutton, etc.) with authentic Kolkata-style flavors.

Maintain the traditional dum cooking method and layering process.

Ensure quality, taste, aroma, and hygiene in all dishes.

Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with kitchen staff.

Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in biryani preparation.

Strong knowledge of spices, marination, and dum-style cooking.

Previous work in reputed biryani kitchens like Arsalan, Amina, or Shimla Biryani is a plus.

Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
