We are looking for a Chef to join our team OriBonng and prepare authentic bengali and odia meals for the guests. Key responsibility includes preparing and delivering high-quality dishes, and delegating tasks to kitchen staff as & when required. The position offers an in-hand salary of 18,000 - 27,000 (depending upon the experience and expertise).
Cook food in a timely manner.
Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients as per the requirement.
Supervise the kitchen helpers to get the best deliveries.
Should be able customise the dishes to meet customers’ needs and requests (example: No dairy, exclude nuts, no spicy).
Check the freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.
Must be able to speak and understand bengali or odia or both.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th pass and 5-10 years of Experience. Familiarity with cooking techniques (advance & non-traditional), recipes, and sanitation regulations are ideal for the position. The role requires excellent time management and leadership skills. A culinary school diploma or certification in a similar field is a plus.
Candidate should be willing to come for an interview in person and give a TRIAL cooking prior selection.
