We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee, beverages, and light food items while ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards.
Greet customers, take orders, and process payments accurately.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Barista or in customer service is preferred (training can be provided).
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
A positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and customer service.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry items up to 10-15 kg (such as coffee supplies).
