Desired Candidate Profile
2-5 years of experience as a barista or beverage maker in a caf setting.
Strong knowledge of different types of coffee beans, roasts, and brewing techniques.
Ability to operate various types of espresso machines (e.g., manual vs. automatic) and grinders.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Familiarity with inventory management software for tracking stock levels.
