Job Overview:
We are looking for a well-groomed and professional Barista with experience similar to that of an F&B Captain to manage pantry operations and provide premium hospitality services at our corporate office. The ideal candidate should be presentable, soft-spoken, and capable of maintaining a high standard of service aligned with a premium brand experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve beverages, snacks, and meals to employees, guests, and clients as per company standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry, kitchen area, and service zones
Set up and clear meeting rooms for refreshments before and after sessions
Ensure pantry supplies (tea, coffee, water, crockery, etc.) are well-stocked and replenished timely
Coordinate with the Admin team for inventory and pantry material requirements
Follow SOPs for food handling, safety, and hygiene
Provide premium-level service, especially during client visits and boardroom meetings
Handle pantry equipment such as coffee machines, microwave, refrigerator, etc.
Uphold decorum and discipline while serving in a professional office environment
