We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee, have excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and Serve Beverages:

Create and serve a variety of coffee and tea-based beverages according to standard recipes.

Suggest seasonal or promotional menu items to customers.

Customer Service:

Greet and engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner.

Take orders accurately and provide product recommendations when requested.

Workspace Maintenance:

Keep the coffee bar and equipment clean, sanitized, and organized.

Restock supplies (e.g., cups, coffee beans, milk, etc.) as needed.

Teamwork:

Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Step in to assist during busy periods or with additional tasks as assigned
