Job Title: Barista (Fresher)

Reports To: Outlet Manager / Coffee Shop Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Barista (Fresher) to join our coffee team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.

• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.

• Ensure the presentation and taste of beverages meet quality standards.

• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, equipment, and store area.

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.

• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.

• Learn and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for coffee preparation.

• Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to supervisors when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: High school or equivalent (preferred).

• Experience: Fresher / No prior experience required; training will be provided.

• Skills:

  • Passion for coffee and beverages

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Team player with a positive attitude

Working Hours:

• Flexible shifts as per outlet requirements, including weekends and holidays.

Salary:

Salary Range, e.g., ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
