We are looking for a Barista to join our team at and prepare delicious Coffee for the guests.

A barista in the food and beverage (F&B) industry is responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee, tea, and other beverage products, as well as food items like baked goods, to customers. 

Core duties include taking customer orders, customizing drinks according to preferences and dietary requirements, and accurately processing payments using a point-of-sale (POS) system. Baristas are expected to provide friendly, personalized service by greeting customers warmly, learning their names and favorite items, and offering menu recommendations based on customer preferences.

They must maintain high product quality and consistency by following established recipes and procedures, and they often educate customers about coffee and tea blends, preparation methods, and product freshness. 

This includes weighing, grinding, and packing coffee beans for retail or in-store use. 

Baristas also manage the cleanliness and organization of the workspace, which involves cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment, counter-tops, and seating areas, as well as taking out trash and sweeping floors.

Additional responsibilities include restocking shelves and supplies such as syrups, pastries, bagged coffee, and merchandise, and ensuring that refrigeration and heating equipment are functioning properly. 

They may also be involved in receiving shipments, preparing food items like sandwiches or salads, and setting up product displays. Baristas are expected to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, and may be required to work overtime.
