बैरिस्ता

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista at Joaah Cafe, located in Gurgaon. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages. Additional responsibilities include engaging with customers, taking orders, suggesting menu options, maintaining cleanliness and readiness of workstations and equipment, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Barista will also assist in inventory management and uphold the café’s standards of service and quality.

Qualifications

• Skills in coffee preparation techniques, latte art, and understanding of espresso machines

• Experience in customer service, communication skills, and the ability to build positive customer relationships

• Basic knowledge of inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

• Willingness to learn and adapt, with a passion for coffee and creating memorable customer experiences

• Previous experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry is a plus

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
