Key Responsibilities:

• Operate coffee equipment and maintain cleanliness of all machines.

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

• Manage stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; inform management of shortages.

• Handle payments accurately and process transactions efficiently.

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere.

• Assist in setting up the beverage menu and experimenting with new recipes if needed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

• 2 – 6+ years of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in a café or hospitality setting.

• Familiarity with brewing equipment and techniques (espresso machines, grinders, pour-over, etc.).

• Good knowledge of coffee blends, brewing methods, and presentation.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

• Time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

• A barista training certificate or related hospitality certification is a plus.
