Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, smoothies, etc.) according to standard recipes.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café counter, equipment, and seating area.
Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and ensure timely service.
Handle cash, billing, and POS system transactions correctly.
Assist in stocking, inventory checks, and ordering supplies as required.
Provide product knowledge and upsell beverages, snacks, and specials to customers.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and café operational standards.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth café operations during peak and off-peak hours.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and café equipment (training can be provided).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and team-oriented mindset.
Prior experience as a Barista or in food & beverage service preferred (but not mandatory).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Willingness to learn and adapt to café standards and menu.
Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
