Hiring Barista at A-One Solutions (Meharchand Market, Delhi) A-One Solutions is looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our new, cozy Mexican cafe in Meharchand Market, Lodhi Road, Delhi. If you have a knack for crafting amazing coffee and love providing top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you! About the Role: You'll be the heart of our coffee bar, preparing a wide range of coffee and espresso-based drinks. We're seeking a creative and efficient individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. What We’re Looking For: Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience as a Barista. Education: Minimum educational qualification of 10+2. A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus. Skills: Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods, espresso machine operation, and latte art. Added Advantage: The ability to pair and recommend the appropriate coffee type to match with the food order or vice versa is a significant advantage. Work Ethic: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Personality: Excellent communication and customer service skills with a positive attitude.
