We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to join our bakery team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in preparing a variety of baked goods, ensuring high standards of quality, flavor, and consistency. This role requires a strong background in baking techniques and excellent attention to detail.
Product Preparation: Expertly prepare, bake, and finish core bakery items, including various breads, cookies, and sandwich components.
Quality Control: Maintain exceptional product quality, ensuring all items meet taste, texture, and presentation standards.
Recipe Management: Accurately follow existing recipes and assist in the development of new and seasonal recipes and product offerings.
Inventory & Stock: Manage and monitor the inventory of raw ingredients, placing timely orders to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate all baking equipment (mixers, ovens, proofers, etc.).
Time Management: Execute daily production schedules efficiently to meet customer demand and deadlines.
Proven experience as a Baker or similar role, with proficiency in making breads, cookies, and sandwich components.
Strong understanding of fundamental baking techniques, ingredients, and the science behind baking.
Meticulous approach to measuring ingredients and following complex recipes precisely.
