Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging reels, videos, and stories for Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.

• Be comfortable in front of the camera to shoot content regularly.

• Generate fresh, trending, and creative content ideas to boost engagement.

• Write catchy captions, hooks, and content copy that aligns with brand tone.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars and campaigns.

• Stay updated with social media trends, memes, and viral content to adapt quickly.

• Analyze performance of posts and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Confidence in front of the camera (must-have).

• Creativity and a good sense of humor for content creation.

• Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of video editing (using tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva, or Premiere Pro is a plus).
