Social Media Manager and Content Creator

Location: Ahmedabad | Full-Time | On-Site 

Working Hours: 10 am - 6 pm

Pay: Rs 15k - Rs 20k/mo

Role: We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join our team on a full-time basis. This role combines content creation, operations management, and production support, making it perfect for someone who loves being involved in multiple aspects of a creative agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Content Creation

• Create engaging content for Smashed's social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Appear on camera for agency-related videos, reels, and behind-the-scenes content

• Write compelling captions and develop content ideas that showcase our agency culture

• Stay updated with latest social media trends and implement them creatively

Production Support

• Assist the production team during video shoots and content creation 

• Help with on-set coordination and basic production tasks

• Support talent coordination and shoot logistics when needed

• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions

Content Management & Operations

• Organize and catalog raw video files/shots following established naming conventions

• Create systematic file structures for easy content retrieval

• Convert files to required formats and perform regular backups

• Review incoming content for quality control and technical issues

Admin Support

• Assist with creator contracts and invoice processing

• Maintain records of creator agreements and payment status

• Communicate effectively with team members and external creators

• Support day-to-day operational tasks as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Comfortable appearing on camera and creating video content

• Strong social media understanding with content creation experience

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

• Basic knowledge of video file formats and content management

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred)

• Creative mindset with the ability to work independently

• Reliable internet connection and appropriate setup for video creation
