Job Title: Associate -Social Media Content Writer & Publisher

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate - Social Media Content Writer & Publisher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for design and produce high-quality graphics for social media platforms and handling Social Media Platforms for an organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and content.

2. Ensure all content align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

3. Manage multiple content projects simultaneously.

4. Meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality work.

5. Creating trending and creative content to attract customers.

6. Knowledge Required: Excellent command over English and Hindi language to create and write creative content.

7. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends and your own field.

8. Handling Social Media Pages 

Requirements:

1. Education: 10th, 12th +

2. Experience: 2+ years of Content writing and Social Media Marketing experience in the Product industry preferable.

3.Skills:

    -  Good Creativity and Content writing skills.

    - Strong and original idea generation skills.

- Ability to think outside the box and try out an aesthetic that feels new, fresh, delightful and different;

    - Ability to work at an optimum capacity, prioritize multiple tasks.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Experience thriving in a fast-paced workplace or start-up

- Ability to create content that both expresses our brand emotional voice, elevates our brand perception, and feels digestible to our audience

 4. Soft Skills:

   - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good, humble and respectful communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as and when needed.

- Should be proactive and take initiative to support the team and be a team player.
