Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Writer to join our E-commerce team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, a good understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create engaging content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

You will be responsible for creating content for social media platforms, website banners, product descriptions, promotional campaigns, and other digital communication materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging, and creative content for social media posts, reels, stories, and ads

• Develop catchy captions, taglines, and scripts aligned with brand tone

• Create content for website banners, emailers, product descriptions & landing pages

• Research industry trends, competitor content, and audience interests

• Work closely with the design & marketing team to ideate and execute campaigns

• Maintain consistency in brand voice across all digital channels

• Proofread, edit, and refine content based on feedback

• Participate in brainstorming sessions for social media campaigns

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience: 1–3 years as a Social Media Content Writer or Copywriter

• Experience in E-commerce, D2C, retail, or fashion/lifestyle brands is preferred

• Excellent command of English – grammar, storytelling, and creativity

• Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)

• Ability to write for different formats – short-form, long-form, product content, ad copy

• Basic knowledge of SEO copywriting is an advantage

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
