Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement content strategies aligned with the company's goals and target
audience.
● Oversee the content creation process, including ideation, writing, editing, and
proofreading, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
● Manage a team of content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and support to
ensure the production of engaging and compelling content.
● Conduct thorough content audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and SEO, to
align content initiatives with overall business objectives.
● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our
content strategy and drive audience engagement.
● Monitor content performance metrics and analyse data to make data-driven decisions
and optimise content effectiveness.
● Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as a
passion for storytelling and content excellence.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field. Master's
degree is a plus.
● 2to5years of proven experience as a content editor or similar role is preferable.
● Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and
proficiency in AP style.
● Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and
inspire a team of content creators.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively
across teams and stakeholders.
● Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
● Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with content
analytics tools
