Conceptualize and create ideas for posts, reels, and stories.
Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
Manage comments, messages, and overall audience engagement.
Conduct trend research to identify relevant formats and viral opportunities.
Perform competitor analysis to understand industry content standards and gaps.
Track social media analytics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Conduct brand research to understand audience behaviour and positioning.
Create basic designs for stories, posts, and layouts using Canva or similar tools.
Support planning and execution of Meta Ads campaigns.
Work closely with design, video, and marketing teams for smooth content delivery.
1–3 years of experience in content writing and social media management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
Ability to analyse insights and optimize content based on performance.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and trend awareness.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, English, or a related field.
