Key Responsibilities:

1. Write clear, engaging, and grammatically sound content for websites, blogs, case studies, email campaigns, and social media posts.

2. Develop SEO-friendly content to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

3. Create product-focused content, service descriptions, and marketing collaterals aligned with the brand’s tone and positioning.

4. Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to understand content needs and deliver within timelines.

5. Edit and proofread content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.

6. Conduct research on industry-related topics, telecom trends, and competitor content for strategy alignment.

7. Support the creation of scripts for explainer videos and customer communications if required.

Requirements:

1. 2–5 years of experience as a content writer in the telecom, IT, SaaS, or technology industry (mandatory).

2. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

3. Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research tools.

4. Ability to simplify technical concepts into clear, engaging content for various target audiences.

5. Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress or similar).

6. Strong research skills and the ability to generate ideas proactively.

7. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus Skills:

1. Experience with basic graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop) for creating social media creatives or blog banners.

2. Understanding of telecom products like CPaaS, SMS platforms, or cloud telephony services.

3. Ability to create content for LinkedIn and B2B platforms to support lead generation campaigns.
