We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Content Writer with a passion for corporate storytelling and a proven track record in developing social media video concepts for professional brands. The ideal candidate not only excels in crafting impactful content but also has experience collaborating closely with post-production teams to ensure content is executed effectively and delivered on time.
Conceptualize and write compelling scripts, narratives, taglines, and storyboards for corporate video content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
Develop content that aligns with corporate messaging, brand tone, and campaign objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative teams, video directors, and editors throughout the pre-production and post-production phases.
Act as a liaison between content strategy and post-production, ensuring alignment in tone, pacing, visual storytelling, and final delivery.
Track project timelines and contribute to ensuring on-time delivery of video projects.
Manage feedback cycles, revisions, and content iterations in coordination with stakeholders and production teams.
Stay updated on industry trends, content formats, and corporate communication styles.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in content writing for corporate clients, with a strong portfolio of video scripts and social media campaigns.
Demonstrated experience in working with post-production teams — understanding editing, pacing, visual flow, and how to write content that supports video execution.
Strong understanding of B2B communications, employer branding, and internal corporate storytelling.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.
A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills to work effectively with creative and production teams.
Familiarity with different content formats: short-form video, animated explainers, testimonial scripts, etc.
Background in journalism, advertising, filmmaking, media, or corporate communications.
Experience working in a creative agency or production environment.
