About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Content Writer with a strong background in the real estate industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of content writing experience, a flair for crafting compelling content tailored to property buyers, investors, and tenants, and a deep understanding of real estate market trends. Experience in the Dubai real estate market is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and publish high-quality content across digital and print platforms – including blogs, property descriptions, newsletters, brochures, website content, email campaigns, and social media.

• Research and write informative, SEO-optimized articles on property investment, market trends, location guides, and real estate regulations.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to develop content strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all content.

• Stay updated with local (Dubai/UAE) real estate news, market developments, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of proven experience in content writing, with a focus on the real estate sector.

• Familiarity with Dubai’s property market is a strong plus.

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Comfortable working from the office 6 days a week.

• Excellent command of English (verbal and written).

• Immediate availability is a must.
