Key Responsibilities:

Negotiation: Establish and negotiate payment plans and terms with clients.
Record keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection efforts, conversations, and payment commitments.
Monitoring: Track payment schedules and follow up on payment commitments.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on collection status, challenges, and achievements.
Conflict resolution: Address and resolve issues or disputes between clients and the business.
Compliance: Ensure all collection activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
